  1. Meet with Camille for a 90-Minute Initial Session:

   - observe movement, alignment, and receive a body history of your movement, fitness, and injury up to this point

   - Review your goals and intentions for your program.

   - Review your lifestyle and figure out what a realistic fitness commitment to your practice would be. Factoring in time, responsibilities of the season , your bodies personal needs for rest, your hobbies.

2. Customized Video Program:

  • Following our session, I'll create a private holistic fitness practice video just for you that aligns with your needs and aspirations 

  •  This personalized video will guide you through your routine, ensuring you can practice effectively on your own and that your practice will help you fulfill the intentions you set.
